Toby Kamps is Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art, The Menil Collection, in Houston. Kamps will discuss his recent curatorial project, Silence, which considers the spiritual, existential, and political aspects of the absence of noise or speech as explored in painting, sculpture, performance, and sound and video work.
